We've been listening closely to your feedback and have rolled out some powerful updates designed to save you time, give you more control, and help you deliver an even better client experience. Here's what's new:

1. Calendar Alerts - Never Miss an Appointment Again

Your calendar just got smarter. Set custom alerts for any appointment to ensure you're always prepared for client meetings. Choose from pre-set intervals or create your own custom timing - whether you need a 15-minute heads-up or a 2-day advance notice for preparation, you can now set those alerts for any appointment directly from your Toolkit calendar.

  • Choose your own reminder intervals - select from preset options or set a custom time that works best for you.
  • Stay on top of your day - you'll get notified before the event so nothing slips through the cracks.

2. Service Matrix: Full Date Flexibility for Experiences

This is a big one. You now have full freedom to use any available date in the service matrix when creating a service item. Create intricate client journey experiences that match your exact service model.

  • What this means: No more being restricted to the previous five pre-configured dates (Birthday, Anniversary, etc).
  • Why it matters: You can design completely customized client experiences - triggering workflows exactly when you want them to happen, without limitations.

3. Dynamic Date Filters for Reports

Running reports just got easier and smarter.

You can now filter reports using dynamic date ranges, few examples include:

  • This month
  • This year
  • Next month
  • Next X days (customizable)
  • This makes querying client info, and future planning much faster - no need to manually update date ranges each time.

4. Revamped Custom Entity Editor - Personalize Your Contact Records

The custom entity editor has been completely redesigned from the ground up. The new intuitive interface gives you unprecedented control over your contact record layout - including the ability to reposition system sections like notes and activities exactly where you need them.

  • New, intuitive UI: Editing and customizing is smoother than ever.
  • Rearrange system sections: Move key sections (like Notes or Open Activities) wherever you want - put the most important information at the very top of the record for quick access.
  • Make it yours: Build a contact record view that works exactly the way you do.
